These terms form a contract between you (the personal trainer or coach registering an account) and Training Hub, operated by ZNSS Ltd. By creating an account you confirm you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The full accepted version is stored with your account on sign-up.
Gym enterprise contracts are quoted individually. Payment terms and renewal conditions are set in the contract signed at sign-up and supersede the above where they conflict.
Training Hub is a tool you use to deliver your coaching. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. You agree:
The AI plan generator produces training and meal suggestions based on the inputs you provide. Every AI-generated plan is a draft you must review and adapt before issuing to a real client. You remain the coach of record; the AI is a drafting assistant. You accept full professional responsibility for any plan you assign, regardless of how it was generated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund.
You are the data controller for the clients you onboard. You must:

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Training Hub depends on third-party services (Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Railway) — if they go down, parts of the platform may be unavailable. We're not liable for losses arising from third-party outages beyond our control.
When marketing your services via Training Hub's platform (client-facing emails, client app branding), don't make false or misleading claims. The ASA's CAP Code applies in the UK. You're responsible for the accuracy of any before/after photos, testimonials, or outcome claims you publish.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months immediately before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you raise a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account, recover the disputed amount through collections, and charge a £50 administrative fee. Our no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you initiate a chargeback.
Either party can terminate by cancelling at any time. On termination:
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app. Continued use after notice counts as acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
